New Customer Account Set Up
To set up your account, you will need to know:
-Your ProTech Account Number
-Your contact phone number
-Your email address
If the above information is already on record and you have not previously logged in, [CLICK HERE] and you will be asked to enter your account number, phone number and email address on record. A temporary password will be immediately returned to you by email allowing you to log in.
If we do not have your contact phone number or email address on file, you will not be able to log in until we update your account.
Use the form to the right and send us your ProTech account number (or property address if you do not know your number), your email address and your phone number.
We will send you a temporary password by email to enable you to log in.
If you want immediate service or have any difficulty, call us during regular business hours at 703-440-8000 and we can set up your account immediately.
