Today, one of your service people conducted pest elimination on our property. I have been home for two of his visits to my house and both times his treatment has been done very thoroughly and in a professional manner. He treated my house inside and outside in the spring of last year for ants. Our house had carpenter ants and spiders in it. Jeff came out and explained the service and started treatment right away. He treated our house for a year and took care of the pests here. I would strongly recommend him to our friends and neighbors. He was prompt and trustworthy. He also made us feel comfortable enough to call when something came up. Great Customer Service.              -David Simpson I am writing to express my apprreciation for the outstanding work that both Jeff and Joe have performed. I called ProTech regarding a nest of European hornets in a woodpile. The next day Joe was here, treated the nest, and we did not see a hornet after that day. Jeff and Joe returned for a repeat performance a year later on a nest in a tree near the house. Within 48 hours I no longer saw any hornets. Both gentlemen answered my questions with patience and detailed information, and approached the situation in a thorough and professional manner.  -Lynda Cooper
