Initial
Service Includes:
- Interior Services:
- Install Insect Monitoring Devices
- Install Rodent Monitoring Devices
- Treat all apparent infestations with approved Integrated Pest
Management and EPA approved products and methods (chemicals will never be used inside without your explicit approval)
- Vacuum slider door tracks which attract high moisture insects
- Remove spider webs
- Remove Insect parts from window sills
- In Garages - install insect/rodent monitoring devices, inspect
for insect/rodent food sources and remove spider webs
Exterior Services:
- Install the Sentricon Termite Colony Elimination System
- Install Insect/Rodent Monitoring Devices
- Inspect for insect openings and seal if applicable at ground
level
- Remove all spider webs
- Remove all wasp nests and inspect for Carpenter Bees
- Rake mulch away from the foundation, apply IPM/EPA registered
chemical treatment, and return the mulch
- Every other month application of liquid or granular insecticide
around the entire perimeter of the structure, 2 to 3 feet from the foundation, based on manufacturers' recommendations
- Treat under siding to repel insects
- Seal openings around Air Conditioning lines and utility entrances
at ground level

Includes: All of the above exterior services will be performed every other month with all Monitoring Devices
checked and replaced as needed. Interior service will be performed upon request.
